DID YOU KNOW? 

If you bought your home directly from Power Corporation, and it has been less than a year since you closed, everything is under warranty and covered by Power.   This applies mostly to the homes on Addison Shore and Jared’s Landing that were recently sold.  The year deadline is quickly approaching for many.  A word to the wise:  go over your home inside and out with a fine-toothed comb, or pop for a professional home inspection.   Once the year passes, the warranty expires, and any corrective measures or repairs will be the responsibility of the homeowner.  

WILLKOMEN, BIENVENUE, WELCOME

Calling all new residents.  Mark your calendars!  Another welcome reception and short orientation is planned prior to the April board meeting, which will take place on April 13 starting at 9am.  Come grab a donut, coffee, meet some neighbors, and hear about what’s offered to residents of Lakeside Landings.  This program will be done only if we have enough residents who RSVP yes.  Look for invites to go out soon.  Also, if you were among those who couldn’t make it to the last orientation, you are welcome to come to this one.  RSVP or send any questions to heybattaswing@yahoo.com
